- Spend 20–40 minutes practicing your skill.
- Get lost in a book for 20–60 minutes.
- Work out for 20–40 mins.
- Eat Fruit.
- Take one daily photo.
- Get at least 5,000 steps in.
- Do your skincare.
我曾梦想拥有比脚尖还长的麻花辫
没人陪伴的时候,它会像一条手臂绕在肩膀上。蹲在草地里自言自语的时候,它也在一旁听我和花草说话。月光钻过窗户的时候,我就躲进它撑起的暗暗角落里。
这些我都曾确实幻想过,也确实不曾存在过。
在这个秋季的末尾,在一片阳光洒落的草地上,我的画面里终于出现了这条麻花辫。
