The Daily Checklist

  • Get 7–8 hours of sleep.(wake up early)
  • Spend 20–40 minutes practicing your skill.
  • Get lost in a book for 20–60 minutes.
  • Work out for 20–40 mins.
  • Eat Fruit.
  • Take one daily photo.
  • Get at least 5,000 steps in.
  • Do your skincare.
